About ordering

I haven't received an order confirmation email. What should I do?

Please check that the email address you entered is correct.

Consolidating separate orders

About pre-order items

We cannot accept date and time specifications for reserved items. For items that can be ordered together, the "delivery date of the reserved item" will apply.

Can I cancel the product?

We cannot accept cancellations of products for which an order has been completed or changes to the contents of the product (adding products or changing to a different product).
Before completing your order, please make sure that there are no mistakes in your order details such as size, color, price, and quantity.

Can I return or exchange products?

Returns and exchanges are only accepted in the case of defective products or incorrect products.
We do not accept returns or refunds for reasons other than defective products, such as differences in image.
Size exchanges will only be accepted if the item is determined to be "unused" according to our standards.

Return shipping fee

If you receive a defective product or a product different from the one you ordered, or if you return or exchange the product for any reason, we will cover the shipping costs.
Please note that if you return or exchange a product for personal reasons, such as the product being "different from what I expected," the shipping fees for returning the product will be borne by the customer.

Regarding customers who refuse to receive parcels or are absent for long periods of time

If, after placing an order, you do not contact us to cancel your order and the product cannot be delivered due to your refusal to accept it or your extended absence, we will charge you the round-trip shipping fees and return handling fees.
If the product is returned to us due to refusal to accept it without a valid reason, expiration of the storage period of the delivery company, etc., we will charge the following fees.

Delivery to some border areas is possible.
We cannot accept delivery to a PO box.
