New Medical Shirt Salt & Pepper
The bass design is a shirt worn by Edmond Hillary, who was the first to be in the summit of Everest and Doctor who participated in the British climbing squadron of Tenjin Norgay.
In general shirts, only the back york part has two fabrics, but this product has a distinctive structure in which two fabrics are stacked on the shoulders and back from the whole armhole. In this way, the parts centered on both arms, which have the largest exercise in the upper body, are firmly reinforced.
In addition, the arms are hung from the cuffs to the elbow and the arms have a double structure, making it a design that can withstand hard use. Since the body part is double -reinforced, it is inferior to breathability as it is. There are four chrysanthemum holes on the back to cover this, and the ventilation function is given.
It looks relatively simple, but it has a round hole in the fabric. The fabric is usually composed of vertical and horizontal threads, so the hole that cuts the connection is a factor in destroying the dough. High -processing accuracy is required to process that part with a special sewing machine and increase the strength that can withstand long -term wear.
The button uses Cats Eye, which has been processed with a hard palm fruit. As the name suggests, the central part has sharp cuts like a cat's eyes. The thread is sinking in the groove part of this cut, and it is a detail that prevents the button from dropping out due to a thread cut.
